**We offer FREE shipping for orders over HK$750 locally in Hong Kong and to certain Asian countries (please see rates at  checkout) and DISCOUNTED rates to Rest of World**

Standard shipping is the default shipment method. If you wish to receive your shoes earlier, you can select the express shipment service for a fee during checkout.

Note local tax & duties are not covered and are to be paid for by yourself to your local customs/duties office.

After you receive your dispatch email notification, standard shipping will typically be delivered within:

  • Hong Kong : 1-3 business days
  • Rest of Asia : 4-10 business days
  • Rest of World : 6-15 business days

These are estimated transit times based on historical data, and there may be unforeseen delays from time to time.

When will I receive the tracking number?

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take up to two (2) business days (Hong Kong SAR) to process your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.


What happens if I have accidentally inputted the incorrect address for my order?

International customers:
In some cases, it is possible for us to re-direct the delivery to you for express shipments. However for standard delivery, it needs to get sent back to our warehouse in Hong Kong which might take up to 8 weeks, and a re-delivery will need to be organised.

Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and China customers:
Please contact us at cs@kibo.eco so we may inquire with our couriers to facilitate the re-delivery.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, our couriers can only accept deliveries to standard addresses.


How are duties and taxes calculated?
Duties and taxes may be applied depending on the country we ship to, and will be borne by the recipient and paid to your local customs.
