Our EU sizing runs half a size small,
but the size conversion to US, UK and JPN have accounted for this.
So for example if you are a US7, you can safely select size 38.

If you are still not sure, then follow the below easy 2-step instructions to measure your foot. You will need a piece of paper, pen(cil), and long-ish ruler.
Step 1: Stand on top of a piece of paper with your heels against the wall, and all of your weight pressed down against the wall.
Step 2: Measure the length of your foot from heel to the tip of your longest toe.
